CircleSafe® 800A
Our Solution Results in:
- Exceptional particle durability
- Greater sensitivity and brightness of the Mi Glow 800 results in faster NDT inspections
- Economical
CircleSafe® 800A
CircleSafe® 800a uses or latest generation Mi Glow® 800 particles which have exceptional sensitivity, uniform size, and ideal magnetic characteristics for fluorescent magnetic particle inspection. CircleSafe® 800a is a fluorescent yellow/green powder premixed with our petroleum carrier fluid CircleSol M. . CircleSol M ensures excellent particle mobility and surface coverage to allow for a reliable inspection. CircleSafe® 800a is designed to be used with UV-A light to detect disontinuities typically found in the NDT of forgings, castings, welds, and piping.
The carbon dioxide propellant reduces combustible hazard. It meets or exceeds all applicable industry specifications.
Advantages
- High flashpoint & low odor helps reduce safety concerns
- Meets all – relevant industry standards
- Economical
- Circle Systems unique bonding method offers a very tightly bonded particle which
Provides total particle encapsulation, eliminating free unbonded pigment, resulting in a low background, high performing magnetic particle inspection powder
Sensitivity – The superior Mi Glow 800 particles have larger surface areas which mean smaller sized particles with increased sensitivity and brightness
